Preparing Your Own PowerPoint Slideshow For Audience Polling
1. On the the SNAP! Start tab, use the 'Browse' button to select a slideshow you have created. Before launching your own slideshow with SNAP!, it is recommended that you check the slides containing polling questions to be sure that the question choice options are formatted as enumerated lists. Use the 'Show Slideshow' button to switch to PowerPoint to check your slides. When done, just minimize PowerPoint (don't close it) or click 'Show SNAP' on the add-in section of the PowerPoint menu bar or toolbox. For more information on using enumerated list formats, click here.

2. Choose the 'Options' tab and select the appropriate Graph Template and other options for SNAP! to use in your slideshow. Use the 'Preview' button on the Options tab to see how the option setting will appear during an audience poll.

3. Choose the 'Timer' tab and select the desired time clock settings for your question polls. The time limit you choose on this tab will be used as the initial default for all question polls; however, you can adjust the time for individual question slides by clicking on 'Show Slideshow' and selecting 'SNAP Properties' from the PowerPoint menu bar or toolbox.
