SNAP! supports multi-digit polling using the Reply Plus and Mini+ keypad systems. Multi-digit polls must be pre-set on a slide-by-slide basis from within PowerPoint. Use the 'Show Slideshow' button on the SNAP Start tab to switch to the PowerPoint design mode, and navigate to the slide on which you want to present the multi-digit poll.
Click on 'SNAP Properties' on the toolbox or menu bar to display the SNAP Control Properties for that slide.
REMEMBER: You must access your slideshow through SNAP! in order for the toolbar and menu options to be present!
In a ranking question, you ask your audience to select choices in order by a criterion you specify. You may have them rank all the choices presented, or only a certain number of 'top' choices. For a ranking question, the Question Type in the SNAP Properties of the slide must be set to 'Ranking Poll', as shown below:
For a ranking question, the resulting response graph shows the frequency with which each choice was selected, with the results weighted by the order in which they were selected.
In a multiple-selection question, you ask your audience to pick only the choices that apply to the question you are asking. For a multiple-selection question, the Question Type in the SNAP Properties of the slide must be set to 'Multiple-selection question', as shown below:
For a multiple-selection poll, the resulting response graph shows the frequency with which each choice was selected, sorted in order of preference high to low.
