SNAP!™ Fails to Start When I Double-Click the Icon - What Do I Do?
If SNAP fails to start and you see the message "PowerPoint add-on has stopped working", connect your keypad system to the computer and complete the USB hardware installation wizard before trying to launch SNAP again.
